Gray and Blue Dachshunds: These dogs have a gray-beige coat, resulting from a diluted black or chocolate color.
Patterns:
-

-
Brindle Dachshund: Displays dark stripes (similar to tiger stripes) over a lighter base coat color.
-
Merle or Dapple Dachshund: Characterized by speckles and patches in various colors, creating a marbled effect.
-
Sable Dachshund: Found only in long-haired or shorthaired dachshunds. Difficult to recognize from a distance, as it may look like a black-and-red two-tone. In reality, each hair is red at the base with black tips, while the legs and muzzle remain solid red.
